Mohamud is a Human Resources professional who strives for excellence in service delivery. Establishing and maintaining solid working relationships built on trust and resourcefulness is essential to his role. As an Employer Services Consultant, Mohamud’s responsibilities include creating job opportunities for job seekers by researching, identifying, and soliciting commitments from possible sources of employment. To satisfy the demands of both sides, he sends employers the best candidates for their vacancies in order to ensure consistency and repeat business.

Carmen comes from a project management and business transformation background and is passionate about driving results as a team player. She transitioned from the financial industry into the healthcare public sector in 2015 and has worked on major data and analytics projects for the Ontario healthcare system. She’s now looking forward to learning a new set of skills in recruiting where she can help employers and job seekers maximize their potential. Carmen enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and puppy.
