About The Career Focus Program
Funded by the Government of Canada, our Career Focus program aims to connect educated youth aged 15 to 30 in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area with private sector employers.
Through Career Focus, employers and youth benefit from the following:
- Wage subsidies covering up to 50% of participants’ wages;
- Job preparation and retention services;
- Work placements approximately 6 months in duration;
- Ongoing support for participants throughout their placements.
