Accessibility and inclusion are ongoing commitment Accessibility and inclusion are ongoing commitments — not one-week conversations.

This week, we explored assumptions, shared real stories, and highlighted practical ways to remove barriers and improve accessibility across the workplace.

As part of our National AccessAbility Week campaign, we’re making an accessibility pledge: to continue learning, challenging barriers, and taking intentional actions that support inclusion beyond this week.

We invite you to join us by making your own pledge — one action you will take to support accessibility and inclusion in your workplace or community.

Because small, intentional actions are what create lasting change.

Comment below: What’s one commitment you’re taking forward from this week?
